Processing & Delivery Times

We strive to get your premium cellular accessories to you as quickly as possible. All orders will be processed and shipped within 2 to 5 working days from the date of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Courier Delays

While we work with reliable courier partners to ensure timely delivery, please note that courier delays may occur that are beyond our control. Factors such as severe weather conditions, road closures, or high-volume periods (like Black Friday or festive seasons) might occasionally extend delivery times. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these rare circumstances.

Shipping Methods & Costs

We offer nationwide delivery across South Africa. Our standard shipping fee is R70.00 for all orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can monitor your delivery status in real-time until it reaches your doorstep.
